flat, you have chance to communicate with the higher management. flexible, you have a lot of space when you work

poor compensation no internal process, expect all kinds of delay on pretty much everything.

Its a good place for new grad to get quick personal growth, mentor was helpful and project was developed quickly so there were great change to actually learning something

Cons

working over hours and overwhelmed, less WLB
