Very friendly environment, Encouraging Seniors, Handsome salaries, fun time along with learning

Cons

not any big ones.just the fact that there is No defined leave policy,a nice place to work otherwise

Pros

Its a good place for new grad to get quick personal growth, mentor was helpful and project was developed quickly so there were great change to actually learning something

Cons

working over hours and overwhelmed, less WLB
