Pros

None. Not anymore. They have restructured their pay scale.

Cons

Hard to get hours unless you can work at least 30 hours a week from the start and never, ever go on vacation or else you’ll lose early access to hours in which case you will have to fight to tooth and nail to get them. The pay used to be pretty good but now they are paying out extremely low compensations per delivery. It’s a race to the bottom for anyone who continues to work with instacart.

Pros

There is no pros, it’s a terrible service.

Cons

I don’t have a list long enough; I get no help from support. The app has froze and crashed all day, I call support and they try and fix it and when they can’t they hang up while I’m mid order, I had even checked out and was waiting to stage the order after driving there and shopping and he couldn’t fix the glitch and hung up on me mid sentence… I didn’t get paid for all of that, and the customers cart is just sitting there by the door. It’s the 2nd time it’s happened today. I reach out to support and they tell me that I never even had an order to begin with. Zero help, no management. Terrible software. And that’s just today’s problems, I could go on and on with more than this for each and every day, after doing this for 5 years.
