Pros

-Instawork is a quintessential two-sided market model, so the insights gained here feel really valuable and have helped me understand the startup landscape much better. -Lots of transparency. Helped me understand why my day-to-day was significant, and learn why certain decisions were being made. -Really smart management, strong values, friendly culture, and IMO huge potential

Cons

-little formal training, so you have to ask the right questions & teach yourself -fast growth means the game-plan can change pretty frequently. -I was happy with the perks, but there's definitely a culture of frugality

Pros

You get to spend a lot of time dancing around like a monkey for these guys.And if you like monkeys, I guess that's a pro

Cons

There are app allows you to do absurd things. Because they don't have faith in people. And then they discriminate against you in ways which is federally illegal. But they don't care, because you'll continue to talk to AI. And when AI doesn't know what to say, it just starts repeating itself like a broken record. This app it needs updated
