Hi and thanks for taking the time to leave this review. I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience during your time here. You joined while we were growing very rapidly, and constant change and evolving policies came with that growth. We have invested heavily in our training stack with technology, tools, and group training exercises many times per week but we understand that everyone is unique in how they learn and we are sorry we missed the mark with you. It's good feedback for a young start-up as we will continue to enhance this for future employees. We appreciate your comments on quotas. As you know we have a seasonal business and we adjust quotas to those seasons. This is to ensure we have quotas that are reasonable to hit. As a result, we did see most reps hitting and exceeding quota sometimes by 2x and 3x. We strive to over-communicate any quota adjustments to help ensure a balanced commission plan to even out the swings in our industry.
