Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience during your time here. You joined while we were growing very rapidly, and constant change and evolving policies came with that growth. Like many companies, COVID greatly affected us and we had to make unpopular decisions to part ways with colleagues in order to stay solvent as a company. We try to overcommunicate as much as we can to help team members understand why difficult decisions need to be made even if they were unpopular. We've all learned a lot since COVID and have taken your feedback seriously. We're very focused on building sustainable growth and have in the last few months made some great strides to encourage work/life balance across all teams.
