This is the worst company I've ever worked for. They think they are the next Grant Cardone when in reality, at least 1 person left our team every single month due to the incompetent sales leadership. There is no HR department, for a reason. Think about that. There is no HR department. Because of this, sales leadership can say whatever they'd like with 0 consequences aside from losing great talent regularly. I've been a part of several start ups and this is by far the worst. A complete joke. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy working for Instawork. This is by far the most toxic, worst company I've ever been a part of. There is a revolving door on the sales team for a reason. I would run, not walk, away from this company.
