Micromanagers Constant lack of communication from leadership down to mid level. Micro managing managers who don’t even know how to manage or lead. Flexible time off only allowed to take off if you are doing well otherwise beware. Dangle PIP plans as a way to avoid their continuing firing blitz. Keep employees that don’t put in half the effort, but will fire the ones that give their all. Don’t expect to be heard and if you decide to take time off or have an emergency no support will be provided. Results demanded but no actual support will be offered as managers are often too busy to help. Managers are stretched thin wearing multiple hats and if results aren’t provided rather than looking at the managers they let go of the team. Collaborating doesn’t go far here. Cherry pick partnerships for better success only in some. Better stable companies are out there. Even the office is sad.
