Worked with some truly great reps that would succeed at any other company, good exposure to mainstream sales tools, and if you last long enough, you learn a good repeatable sales process.
Cons
Where to begin...management from the top down refuses to be accountable for the downfall of the company. The CEO thought he was going to be the next Benioff based off the COVID job market, and finally admits (like it is some revelation) that the short-term/flexible model they parrot is not one that is desired by partners. Reps were sending this feedback up the chain for years only to be told "sell better." That's the problem though, is you're selling a staffing solution, not a product with a real contract value, and you get paid on the hopes and dreams that hourly workers actually show up on time, not high on drugs, and do an acceptable enough job for the partner to keep using you. Considering these people are not at all vetted like the sales team is made to believe, you're lucky to survive the first two weeks of a deal. You're only getting paid on their first month of usage, so you better hope you hit a home run or you won't hit quota, and the rope has never been shorter for reps not hitting quota. A lot of really good reps were churned and burned because management refused to look in the mirror; nice to see some heads finally start to roll at the director and VP level with this latest round of layoffs. Any positive review is made by a manager or HR shill, note the level of detail in the negative reviews versus the positive ones. These are real warnings to potential new hires to stay well-clear - the recruiters are absolutely lying to you about team quota attainment and company outlook.
