HIGH TURNOVER, CULTURE of SUCK-UPS and BROWN NOSES, heavy caseload, overworked, unorganized, nepotism. - Administrative Institute on Aging Employee Review

Pros

Nice building, gas station next door, CVS across the street, and round table is next door.

Cons

HIGH TURNOVER, OVER WORKED, TERRIBLE PARKING, DREADFUL HYPOCRITICAL LEADERSHIP. Use temporary workers to the point of burn out. Full-time Employees do not dare say anything to make the company sound bad, or not allowed to speak against the IOA mafia or you will be black listed and shunned or eventually exiled. The SUCK-UPS and BROWN NOSES will easily be promoted and get to boss other people.

I feel very grateful to the Institute on Aging for giving me the opportunity to join such a wonderful team.

Pros

Great nonprofit mission, pleasant office location

Cons

Incompetent management, toxic personalities, and wasteful spending make this a dramatically unpleasant place to work. Stay away if you value your time and peace of mind.
