Awesome caring people go into the field on a daily basis.

Cons

They don't care about their employees; over- worked, under-payed! Management rushes new moms back from maternity leave or threatens firing them! CEO & President beyond confused bringing his own mid-life crisis into the workplace, he likes to intimidate people to do his bidding. This place was doing business for years with a fake business license because they didn't really have money to pay for it. Constantly having company credit cards declined for necessary purchases and employees having to pay out of pocket and be reimbursed weeks/ months later. This place is a joke!

I have been with the team for approximately two months now, and I am happy to share that my experience has been very positive. Both my managers and coworkers have been incredibly supportive and helpful, creating a welcoming and collaborative work environment. I feel very grateful to the Institute on Aging for giving me the opportunity to join such a wonderful team.

Incompetent management, toxic personalities, and wasteful spending make this a dramatically unpleasant place to work. Stay away if you value your time and peace of mind.
