- Culture is weird. Very stuffy. Dress like bankers. Wearing jeans on a friday is looked at as a gift. Innovative companies are past this hang up. Go down to Boston and see what goes on. - Innovation lacking- expansion into other services or partnerships lacking. Waterproof and tubeless benefits will not always keep you as relevant. Many players could disrupt , especially out of Palo Alto if they want to. - Best ideas come from those internally and customers. Leverage this and expand opps.. - No solid career development plan. Yes trainings exist, often not usable elsewhere or help you advance in the company. - too many managers and directors. Lots of opinions from non subject matter experts
