Pros
I joined Insulet last summer for three reasons: 1) The company has a very strong 5 year strategic growth plan, including investments in technology and people 2) I was very impressed with the current leadership team 3) All of the people I met with were very passionate about the company, the product and improving patient outcomes. After five months I am very happy to see that the promised investments have come through (new US based Manufacturing site approved in Acton, MA). The leadership team continues to impress and I now count myself in as one of the people who are passionate about the company and the product.
Cons
Because the company is growing so quickly there are several initiatives that tend to compete for people and time. This can lead to some team members being spread very thin.
