Pros
The corporation has a fantastic product that is changing people's lives -- it really is fantastic to meet people who use the product and know that you had a hand in their personal well-being. There's a mix of good and bad reviews on here stemming from previous management --- but the new management team has a head on their shoulders and I earnestly believe they are here to stay. I work in the supply chain and, while the work can be demanding at times just as any other job can be, I feel 100% supported by the management team and trust them to make the right decisions for our patients. Cons
I can't think of any cons to working here. There is certainly a lot going on -- but that is to be expected for a company that is growing as fast as Insulet. The growth and pace of work/change is exciting for innovative thinkers and those who want to work hard and be rewarded for it.
