Pros
Since the new management team has taken over and had a year to settle in, the overall direction of the company has improved drastically. We are growing very fast, with an incredible product and incredible opportunity for continued growth in the market. The company has very clear goals and objectives to meet those goals, which is helpful when figuring out if everyone is aligned and working on the right 'stuff'.
Cons
There are a LOT of projects going on which can take it's toll if not organized properly and people are given clear direction on priority. I would say it is a good problem to have as there is no boredom and there are a lot of great opportunities for growth. The group I am in does a fairly good job keeping people focused and laying out what items are important vs which can wait.
