      Pros

      The executive team is very humble. The job is always changing and it's a great place to be if you love a bit of stress and thinking on your feet. It's an amazing rush

      Cons

      Because my department is so small, the chances of me making the money I should be, for my title, is not going to happen. Getting a raise is like pulling teeth. But the experience is amazing and can hopefully be even more beneficial in the long run.
