Pros
It was great being able to represent a cutting edge product that was so different than the others on the market.
Cons
Management expected the clinicians to sell like the sales reps and make as many sales calls despite having to meet with patients for trainings that can take several hours. Large territory and a lot of drive time. Sales managers are in charge of clinicians and don't truly understand our role.
