Pros
Product changes patient lives; great pay and benefits.
Cons
Promotion based on favoritism. Supervisors spend most of their time micro-managing and harassing their reps. No recognition for going above and beyond on a daily basis. There was a lot of finger pointing and territory managers trying to place blame on inside sales when their outside reps failed to meet sales expectations. HR will not help the employee if there is any type of problem. No confidentiality.
