Things keep getting worse - Anonymous employee Insulet Corporation Employee Review

Management is largely MIA, which is usually a good thing, except when there are customer issues that require escalation. Customer satisfaction is slowly dropping, employee morale is quickly dropping, employee turn is incredibly high. Very frustrating work environment. I am job searching. Currently there are jobs available, not necessarily careers. People attempting career advancement are blocked by spiteful managers.
