      Very Open culture Was a member of the R&D group - supposedly the cool guys who work on new stuff Independence in your work style Open to new ideas, even from interns Very encouraging Never felt out of place as an intern

      Timelines not fixed at times Redundant projects not scrapped in time A little more direction would have helped with projects getting completed in time

      Horrible CEO, outsourcing like crazy, customers are insane, no stability unless you are in the office. Now there are a lot of layoffs and outsourcing
