It sounds obvious, but we are a new fast-paced company in a very competitive market across Europe. We are not perfect, but we make sure to improve every day. If you are looking for a 9 to 5 position and an easy job, this would probably not be the right move for you. Each team member joins Insulet for its incredible opportunity to build a new structure and a new way of thinking within the T1D market. That includes risks, challenges, and last-minute changes of plans…because the market is evolving (quite fast). No one said it would be easy, but the passion, positivity and energy are electrifying!
