I don't know anyone on the commercial team that isn't actively looking for another job. Zero leadership is the order of the day/month/year, as the soaring stock price masks one of the most poorly managed companies I've ever worked for. Promotions go to those who work for people who the CEO likes instead of the people who have earned them and proven they can take on more responsibility. Even at that, most of the time they just hire externally.
Nobody knows what their actual job is, or worse, who they actually report to anymore, they just keep doing what they think they were hired to do, even if that was a few years ago at this point. Honestly, most of the team is just biting time unit they get another job. Nobody wants to be here anymore and we all dread coming to work.
Not sure who is actually running the company, but there's clearly no adult in the room anymore since the last CEO retired. Decisions must be made, but never get made, creating confusion and a toxic work environment. Legal and Regulatory functions try to help, but theres only so much they can do when there isn't any leadership at a higher level.
