Where do I begin? MANY bosses and middle managers who's management skills are terrible. If you take pride in your independent and informed thoughts, Insulet is NOT for you. Political landmines abound. Fear is had by most at the beginning of every day. There is little room for advancement.
Up above in the headline for Insulet it reads, "If you are passionate about your career goals and committed to making a difference, we want to learn more about you! " This is laughable and sounds more like parody than real real at this company.
Paper pushers abound because of the lack of proper technology and process. I have no gripe with paper pushers, it's just that those of us who thought that a career at Insulet would be gratifying and rewarding because of our experience and smarts were sorely ill-informed when getting hired. This is a sad place to work for many of us. I personally regret taking this job, as it is monotonous, grinding and lacks no other rewards besides a paycheck every two weeks.
