Very poor culture. Generally speaking, the management team is brutally unqualified in most respects. In company meetings and training, leadership says one thing, but when you go back to your office and try to do work, get things done and use your hard-earned skills, the company acts in a very different way.
- Is the management team is out of touch?
- Does the management team KNOW that they are feeding us B.S.?
At all levels, Insulet does not encourage independent thought or out-of-the-box problem solving. This makes work GRUELING. Change is not something our company is good at. Most long term employees are really good drones. I don't want to work with drones. I don't want to work for drones. I do not want to become a drone.
We are poor innovators and bad at getting the few innovations we have to market.
