The work environment and culture here are soul sucking, brain killing and body slamming bad. 1- very little autonomy 2- almost NO accountability beyond back-stabbing and executive team ego stroking 3- my experience is that many (perhaps most) employees across functional areas are miserable, tired and afraid. the uncertain political climate here has everyone on edge and for us to "toe the line" despite the "line" being frayed and torn. 4- the management team is COMICALLY UNQUALIFIED. There's not enough time in the world to fully illustrate the imbecile nature of our management team.
