Leadership sits in an ivory tower and collects paychecks. They have no idea what's going on with the company or its employees. Middle management is HORRIBLE. I have never seen such an unqualified, unempowered group of people. They are also collecting paychecks and twiddling their thumbs. I wonder what will happen as they vest their shares! There is no career growth here. This is a burn and churn culture. If you care about your career, go to a real company.
