The HR team is under 2 years or just around it. So there is a lot of finger pointing and no accountability. Ran into a situation where the performance director said she was happy but then complained about what I did. There is a lot of behind your back conversations so just be careful and don’t trust anyone. Even though a conversation was had with the HRBP it’s up to the managers discretion which is unfortunate because they tend to save face.
