Pros

Maybe the possibility to reach higher positions but really no pros.

Cons

Very slow training and they keep you on the waitlist and do not tell you, they changed 4 times my starting date, they do not care about wasting your time. Unrealistic expectations, getting 9 out of 12 fresh leads turned was a bad rate for them after that they toss you to voicemail leads which out of 300 calls 2 pick up. Bad lead system bad management that only job is to pressure workers but give them no tools to improve.

The extensive training and high-quality leads provided here are excellent. I especially appreciate Charnee she is a phenomenal instructor who makes the learning process seamless.

I haven't ran into any cons at this moment but will update as time moves on.
