Pros

Food provided, some employees seem to genuinely care about you

Cons

There is a very cliquish nature here and those who navigate it are rewarded. I see the people in Canada Home Office mentioned getting medical/dental and other benefits but the Florida-based call center gets none of that. Very inconvenient because no one can afford to stay home sick! No work - no pay. It seemed odd that positions disappeared and were not refilled, also. That had me worried about their future. Very high turnover on the call center side.

Pros

Supportive team environment, strong training provided, and opportunities to grow professionally. Great place for people who are motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. Leadership encourages performance and personal development.

Cons

Sales targets can feel intense at times, and the workload may become stressful during peak periods.

Cons

I haven't ran into any cons at this moment but will update as time moves on.
