Pay sucks broken promises every month changes to pay no real incentive to work harder no real system to keep up with any sales sales process is misleading and really aggressive for this type of product this company claims to be a brokerage but literally offers one company to sell, and just one plan No room for growth firing mangers as we speak

Remote work, $18 base and benefits after 90 days.

Cons

Terrible culture, have this stupid saying they want you to say called "JUICE" which makes no sense. Manager/trainer was new and never trained anyone before. The cold callers who transfered your calls barely speak any english, most people do not know or asked for final expense insurance and just hang up and that counts against you. Unrealistic sales expectations.
