Terrible culture, have this stupid saying they want you to say called "JUICE" which makes no sense. Manager/trainer was new and never trained anyone before. The cold callers who transfered your calls barely speak any english, most people do not know or asked for final expense insurance and just hang up and that counts against you. Unrealistic sales expectations.
