Their billing dept is terrible. They have autodebited (on accident) the annualized premium with my clients when of course it should have only been monthly premium - client canceled and ISI blamed me when the only way to set up autopay is for monthly premium. Didnt pay me the commission I worked for - and swept it under the table. - to get a monthly bonus you have to meet several matrix and if you miss one of the matrix by even .05% you dont get your bonus even if you sold 25k-35k in annualized premium. When going to doc appt - I have turned in doc note and emailed them and even got a confirmation email from attendance but on payday when asking why are my hours short - "because you were absent without a doc note". It's constant crap like that and more you have to deal with - There are many better companies to work for.
