Pros
The work we do at ITC makes our customers more successful. Working hard and doing good work gets you recognized and opportunities for advancement are created as we grow. You are listened to and there is room to share your ideas on improvements that can be made on everything from internal processes to our product portfolio, to keep us constantly getting better.
Cons
The only con I have is that communication sometimes isn't as quick or clear as I want, but that has been an issue everywhere I've worked.
