Pros
Very knowledgeable coworkers, people love to offer help when you get stuck. Very casual work environment, flexible work hours.
Cons
Used to be great but over the years as it has lagged behind and especially in recent years after the major reorg things had been going downhill. Many folks been around for a long time had been sidelined and are replaced with kids right out of the college. Extremely high turn-over rate. Upper management is out of touch with reality.
