Pros
Great culture, where management will provide the tools and knowledge you need to succeed. Flat organizational structure and easy access to upper management which allows for better response times to brokers and less stress for me. I’m trusted and they respect me. Work life balance is really important.
Cons
They allow you to work from home but not as much as I would like to.
