Pros

This is an easy job, decent pay with very flexible hours. The training is paid and a couple weeks weeks.

Cons

Management is terrible. They really only care if you make money and that allows for the cliques to run the place. The cliques are territorial, and say your prayers if you make money because they see that as a threat. Management will not take action. The information given in training is totally worthless.
