Call center work close to where i live. Not a sales job. Reasonably friendly coworkers who werent in management, company hires anyone with a heartbeat

Unwilling to work with a family situation that lasts more than a day. Constant threat of job loss, and i was terminated while in the hospital. Was very high stress. Was constantly called dirty names by customers. Mostly collections work. No real incentives to stay, insurance was expensive and not very good coverage and high copays. Constant demand for OT, but then sent home early at the end of the week to avoid OT pay. Managers were demeaning, micromanaging, and would call to beg you to come in on days off, only to send you home for scheduled shifts. In the hiring process they demanded that a prospective employee have an open schedule to suit their needs (as in available 24/7). Best of luck. My experiences with this company were horrible, and i still cannot believe a company like mercedes benz or harley davidson outsources to them.
