Pros

This company promotes from with-in fairly. Also, they work with their employees schedule. People are treated fairly. If there are problems, they are dealt with in confidentiality. This company offer incentives. If you do not perform your job well then you do not get paid anyway. They reward those who perform their job well.

Cons

One downside of working at GC Services is how the customers sometimes treat the employees. They don't realize that we are actually trying to help them and are sometimes quite rude and disrespectful. Another downside is that some of the employees destroy equipment such as headsets. This makes it difficult at times. It is hard to communicate with someone if the equipment is broken. We need a better way of monitoring those who abuse the equipment.
