      Great pay, good music usually playing, good people to work with, just a good company to work for.

      Cons

      Can feel as though ideas aren't heard, it is a large medical manufacturer. Every change has to be approved all the way up the line.

      Close to home and no traffic to contend with.

      Cons

      Woke ideology has destroyed the culture by racially profiling white males, and making hiring based on a persons skin color or sexual orientation, which is a federal violation of the civil rights act of 1964.
