      Pros

      A key number of coworkers were wonderful and made this job tolerable.

      Cons

      Quality management is terrible. The entire department is very disordered. Folks who are smart and work hard are taken for granted. I switched to a new company last year and it was the best decision I’ve made in my career.

      Close to home and no traffic to contend with.

      Cons

      Woke ideology has destroyed the culture by racially profiling white males, and making hiring based on a persons skin color or sexual orientation, which is a federal violation of the civil rights act of 1964.
