      Pros

      Very comprehensive environment, teammates and supervisors are super friendly and helpful. Training is easy and accommodating. Good amount PTO, wages and overtime benefits. Has prayer room, prayer washroom and drinking water facilities with a good cafe. Pays weekly.

      Cons

      Nothing significant, career progression is slow, no pay if the plant is shut down due to bad weather.

      Close to home and no traffic to contend with.
