      The pay is ok as are the benefits

      Toxic environment. It’s a revolving door of people. Employee morale is down and continues to get worse annually. Management out of touch with employees. It will not get better, don’t listen to the empty promises.

      Close to home and no traffic to contend with.

      Cons

      Woke ideology has destroyed the culture by racially profiling white males, and making hiring based on a persons skin color or sexual orientation, which is a federal violation of the civil rights act of 1964.
