      They provide a lot of PTO.

      Cons

      Management will not tell you if your site is ever doing well financially and will make it seem like the site is doing horrid financially. When in actuality the site will be doing extremely well and will hit way above expectations.

      Close to home and no traffic to contend with.

      Cons

      Woke ideology has destroyed the culture by racially profiling white males, and making hiring based on a persons skin color or sexual orientation, which is a federal violation of the civil rights act of 1964.
