Toxic & narcissist. The current production situation raises significant concerns. For nearly two years, only one department (Perforator) has remained operational while other departments such as Patties and Cottonoid have been interrupted. There has been limited communication from upper management regarding the status of these departments, the steps being taken to resolve the issues, or a clear timeline for when operations may resume. This lack of transparency naturally raises questions among employees regarding the long-term stability of the facility and overall job security. Additionally, there are concerns regarding leadership within the Perforator department. The current supervisory approach appears to lack the level of professionalism expected for the role. There have been instances where personal friendships seem to interfere with professional decision-making, which has led to perceptions of favoritism among certain employees. Furthermore, the use of inappropriate language and the overall communication style can create an uncomfortable work environment and does not reflect the standards typically associated with leadership positions. This situation may also be contributing to employee dissatisfaction and turnover within the department. Some team members are aware of these issues but may feel hesitant to raise them due to concerns about potential repercussions. For this reason, it may be beneficial for management and Human Resources to look more closely into these matters and ensure that employees feel safe and supported when sharing feedback. Overall, leadership within certain departments can sometimes create a difficult work environment. There are concerns about professionalism, communication style, and the ability to separate personal relationships from workplace responsibilities.
