Executive leadership a joke, this is not a meritocracy company, rather one filled with cronyism and protection of a certain few for no seemingly good reason. DEI on paper vs reality—no women or diversity in senior sales positions Pricing increase strategy not at all aligned with the overall healthcare market, losing share and has a terrible reputation in most health systems, need a much better long term strategy other than price Lots of pending lawsuits, horrible culture which starts at the top, impossible to change from the bottom Lots of turnover in the sales teams, especially Tissue Tech which negatively affects relationships and growth Leadership is protected here for some mythical reason-needs to be gutted. Talented ones leave. The ones in place are largely a joke and wouldn’t be employed anywhere else.
