Pros
I have worked at several environmental consulting firms, and have found my time at Integral to be the best. It is a difficult industry that may not be suited for everyone, but if you have the will to perform this type of work, you can go far at Integral. I enjoy the culture, and interact with the highest levels of management on a daily basis. I appreciate seeing them working hard along with more junior staff to make deadlines. I believe they care about the work and integrity of the firm and don't check out early and leave others to finish the work. This is a rarity in the consulting world. If you work hard, you will be given opportunities.
Cons
There have been some recent growing pains during the growth from a small to medium sized company, but I feel that this growth has also presented additional opportunities for staff.
