Challenging projects and very client focused atmosphere with recognized subject matter experts as colleagues. Wide variety of project opportunities over time.

Hectic pace at times and high expectations.

Variety of interesting projects for enterprising employees. Coworkers are generally passionate and hard working.

Feels very cooperate in everything that entails. Often feels like they want a one size fits all solutions to too many problems e.g they tie too much of an employees worth to their % billable hours. Sometimes you want some who is largely support or doing overhead tasks so others can focus on billable tasks.
