Ultimately, I wanted to be in a role and organization where there is clear structure, strong support, and effective communication, so I could fully focus on achieving results and contributing to team success. Leaving was not about dissatisfaction with the mission or people, but about seeking an environment that allows me to grow professionally, add real value, and operate at my highest potential
