Pros

The resident, the families and the staff are great. The senior leadership is motivating and encouraging.

Cons

Low pay, hourly sales with weak bonus structure. Decrease in bonus payout if referred from a referral source, but expected to do 30 or more community outreach meetings each week without access to business cell phones, calendars or email.

The team cultivated was always amazing to work with and are a great team!

The business office falls 100% short of competence regarding customer service for its employees, residents and especially its consumers.
