Pros

The wonderful residents and certain staff that make it FUN.Employee turnover is beyond bad, its a nightmare

Cons

The work expectations just kept adding up and were unrealistic but worse of it all, the ED is arrogant with Residents, Family members and staff. He is a number cruncher but his people skills are poor. There is a post on here from Tacoma,WA and its the same ED. He was transferred from that location. He came to the Sandy, Ut location and many great and wonderful people( Residents and Associates)left because of the ED...and Regionals dont care even though they've received many letters from concerned Residents, Family and Associates

The team cultivated was always amazing to work with and are a great team!

The business office falls 100% short of competence regarding customer service for its employees, residents and especially its consumers.
